Support Groups
There are several grief groups available through HNC. These include specialized groups for different cases such as widows, parents and children. By creating or participating in meaningful activities, a grieving person often finds comfort in coming together to remember their loved one. Grief support groups are designed to help individuals express and cope with their feelings related to loss, as well as to better understand and accept the passing of a loved one.
The following is a list of support groups offered through HNC. We are dedicated to serving the bereavement needs of all people in our community. We offer a wide range of bereavement services and for our hospice families. These services are free of charge for 13 months following the death of a loved one.
Non Hospice clients may receive bereavement services on a sliding fee scale. If you have any questions about any of the following groups or services please call (970) 352-8487.
